Société à mission
A real impact posture since 2021
Maison Le Breton has been a Mission Company since October 2021. To the concern for continuous improvement has been added the requirement of an economic development preserving the ecological and social capital of the company. A transition that places at the heart of our strategic thinking the sharing of value, whether social, environmental, or economic, as well as power-sharing, with all stakeholders.
THE GOOD
Taste quality
One thing is certain, it is subjective and specific to each person.
As a creator of wine, the first ambition of Maison Le Breton is to make one that is appreciated for its taste quality first, and for everything it provides afterwards.
Moments of sharing with family and friends, discoveries of aromas and flavors, meetings rich in history and exchanges…
Aware and convinced that tasting is a moment of sharing lived in full awareness, Maison Le Breton is committed to doing everything possible to make the pleasure of responsible tasting accessible to all.
Maison Le Breton fulfills its ambition by setting two operational objectives: guaranteeing its promise of comfort for tasting and encouraging responsible consumption.
THE RIGHT
Social quality
The Mission Committee of Maison Le Breton focused on the importance for employees to understand their role in the company beyond their profession, but also their involvement in its projects. The Mission Committee has encouraged Maison Le Breton to measure the impact of Social Good by adopting the 6 principles of Quality and Working Conditions (QVCT).
Transformed into 6 operational objectives, these principles demonstrate how employees are considered in every aspect of their work and how they contribute to the mission of Maison Le Breton.
Environmental quality
Alongside public health, climate change is the second strategic issue for Maison Le Breton. The house’s environmental policy is clear: wine is considered a cultural product rather than an agricultural one; the bond it has maintained for millennia with society attests to this. If it has sometimes been used for food virtues, there is no longer any debate today that the alcohol it contains actually a product apart from agriculture that feeds.
The objective of Maison Le Breton is therefore just as asserted: to have a positive impact on climate issues and promote the development of biodiversity. Two concrete axes that demonstrate the importance that Maison Le Breton places on the environment, treated and considered as a stakeholder who must be a beneficiary of the sharing of the economic value of their activity as a producer and wine merchant.
THE BEAUTIFUL
Emotional quality
Like the good, beauty is unique to each person. At Maison Le Breton, it results in offering a unique experience where what is essential is experienced and visible.
Because the house knows that wine lovers are not the only ones to enjoy its paths between vineyards and scrubland, and that the inclusion of all living beings to form the richness of its heritage is indeed the key to all the beauty it has to offer. The promise of the Beau de Maison Le Breton is broken down into two operational indicators based on the accessibility of its heritage first, and the natural balance of it afterwards.
